§ 36.16.110. Setbacks for streams.

  • Vineyard and orchard development and agricultural grading shall be set back from streams in compliance with the requirements in Table 36-6, unless a greater setback is required by the general plan, local coastal plan, or zoning code. Setback areas for streams shall be managed in compliance with a biotic resource assessment or focused species assessment, if applicable, and the department's best management practices for agricultural erosion and sediment control.
