Chapter 35. CANNABIS BUSINESS TAX ORDINANCE

§ 35-35. Violation deemed misdemeanor.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable therefore as provided by Chapter 1, Section 7 of the Sonoma County Code.
