§ 35-30. Appeal hearing—Appointment of referee.

The board of supervisors may appoint a referee to take testimony at the hearing provided for in Section 35-28 of this chapter, and to report his findings and recommendations to the board. Neither the treasurer-tax collector nor any officer or employee in the office of the treasurer-tax collector may be appointed referee.
