§ 2-9. Appeals from decisions of county administrator.
Latest version.
Any officer, official, board, commission, or department head appointed by the board
of supervisors who is dissatisfied with any decision of the county administrator affecting
such person or body, and who appeals such decision to the board of supervisors, shall
provide the county administrator with a written statement of his intention to appeal
to the board of supervisors with the general reasons therefor.
