It shall be unlawful and prohibited to install or replace a wood-burning appliance
in violation of the requirements of this chapter. Such violations shall be subject
to enforcement and civil penalties as set forth in Sections 1-7, 1-7.1, 1-7.2, 1-7.3 and 1-7.5 of this code.
