§ 4-98. Penalties.

Any person, including any firm or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day or any portion thereof during which any violation of any provisions of this article is committed, continued or permitted by such person, firm or corporation.
