§ 4-40. Issuance — Contents.

It shall be the duty of the treasurer-tax collector to prepare and issue licenses under this article for any person liable to pay a license fee hereunder, and to state in each license the amount of the fee thereof, the period of time covered thereby, the name of the person whom it is issued, the character of circus, tent show or other exhibition licensed, and the location of the place of business where such circus, tent show or other exhibition is to be carried on.
