§ 30A-5. Prohibitions.

It is unlawful for any person, partnership, corporation, firm or entity of any kind to propagate, cultivate, raise or grow genetically engineered organisms in the county. Any act in violation of this provision is subject to the enforcement measures outlined in Section 30A-8.
