§ 30-33. Detention and inspection.

No intrastate shipment of greengrowing grapevines destined for Sonoma County shall be off-loaded within Sonoma County prior to reaching its destination. Upon arriving at such destination, each shipment shall be held until the certificates required by this article have been filed and reviewed and the shipment has been inspected by the Sonoma County agricultural commissioner or his or her duly-authorized representative.
