§ 26C-375. Projects exempt from fee requirements.

(a)

The fee provisions shall not apply to public agency projects (including special districts) which provide public infrastructure within the scope of the public agency's responsibilities.

(b)

Development areas within the Sonoma Valley, Larkfield and Airport traffic mitigation fee ordinances shall be exempt from this chapter and shall instead pay the roadway development fees already established in those areas.
