§ 26C-290A. Purpose.

In order to carry out the objectives of this chapter and to protect values, plans for new or altered uses, structures and land divisions in certain zoning districts shall be reviewed by the director of the permit and resource management department or his appointed design review committee. The intent of this article is not to stifle individual initiative, but to set forth the minimums necessary to achieve a healthful community whose property values are protected from unplanned developments.
