§ 26C-20. Purpose.

Latest version.

To enhance and protect lands best suited for permanent agricultural use and capable of relatively high production per acre of land; and to implement the provisions of the land intensive agriculture land use category of the General Plan the policies of the agricultural resources element, and the resource policies of the Local Coastal Plan.
