§ 25-18. Committee's decision final—Appeals to planning commission.

Decisions of the project review and advisory committee shall be final unless the subdivider, any tenant of the subject property, or other interested person files a written appeal with the planning director within ten (10) days after the decision that is the subject of the appeal. The appeal shall specifically state the basis for the appeal and shall be accompanied by the required filing fee.

Appeals from decisions of the project review and advisory committee shall be decided by the planning commission de novo in accordance with the standards set forth in Section 25-17.
