§ 23-14. Special use areas.

(a)

No person shall operate a motorboat within fifty (50) yards of the shore of Penny Island during the months of February through June.

(b)

No person shall operate a motorboat near the sandbar at the mouth of the Russian River during the period of March 15th to June 15th annually in such a manner as to disturb fur-bearing mammals.
