§ 20-60. Definitions.

For the purposes of this article, the phrase "Lake Sonoma" means all of the federal lands and rights of way for the flood control, water supply and recreation project for Dry Creek, a tributary of the Russian River, authorized by an Act of Congress, approved October 23, 1962 as Public Law 87-874, 87th Congress, 2nd Session, 76 Stat. 1173 and by Section 12725 of the California Water Code, and commonly known as the Warm Springs Dam-Lake Sonoma Project.
