§ 17-6. Public school.

The superintendent of schools of the county is hereby authorized and directed to establish and maintain a public school in the mobile youth camp of the county.

Such school, when established, shall be maintained subject to and in accordance with all laws relating to schools maintained by a county superintendent of schools in a juvenile hall.

Such school shall be maintained in such grade or grades as may be, in the judgment of the county superintendent of schools, necessary.
