§ 15-21. Violation of posted rules and regulations.

It shall be unlawful to violate any rule or regulation established for the safety of persons using public beach, swimming and boating facilities established by the board of supervisors of the county or by any duly constituted public agency or by any duly authorized officer or agent thereof in charge of such facility when such rules and regulations have been conspicuously posted on the public property.
