§ 13-11. Board of appeals.

Latest version.

The board of building appeals shall function as the board of appeals under this chapter. Except where inconsistent with the provisions of the county code Sections 7-3 and 13-12, the duties of the board of appeals shall be as prescribed in Chapter 1, Division II, Section 108 of the California Fire Code.
