§ 11B.04.010. Registration required.

All vineyard and orchard sprinkler frost protection systems within the Russian River watershed shall be registered with the agricultural commissioner prior to use. A separate registration shall be required for each site. Registrations shall be updated within 30 days following any change to the vineyard or orchard sprinkler frost protection system, or to the ownership or control of the site.
