§ 11A-13. Fine for falsification of data.

Any person who submits a report required by this chapter, which he or she knows, or should have reason to know, contains falsified data shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the amount that the county may be fined by the State Water Resources Control Board or the amount of any civil liability imposed on the county for noncompliance with the municipal stormwater discharge permit for the Santa Rosa area.
