§ 10-26. Duties of vendors, possessors and producers of resources.

The vendors, possessors and producers of resources as defined in Section 10-22 are prohibited from selling, giving away or otherwise disposing of controlled resources in their possession at the onset of or during a local emergency or a state of emergency except in the manner, and at the time specified, in the directives issued by the director of emergency services.
